什么是爆管?
Pipe bursting is a method that bursts the existing underground pipe line while simultaneously replacing it with new HDPE pipe. This is a less invasive method than digging a trench to replace pipes. It only requires that we dig two access points. Pipe bursting can be used to replace underground water lines, drain lines and sewer lines with diameters as small as 0.5″ and up to 18 inches.

High-Density Polyethylene Pipe (HDPE)
HDPE is the most-used repla水泥 pipe when replacing old sewer lines. The main advantage of HDPE are:
- Joints are butt-fused to eliminate any potential leaks.
- Highly resistant to corrosion and weather with a 50+ year life expectancy.
- Light weight and eliminates the need for fittings and easy to install.
- The pipes’ high strength walls give it the highest PE pressure rating.
How pipe bursting works
步骤1: We start by digging two access holes: one serves as a start/entrance pit and the second is an exit pit.
步骤2: Then we send a cable through the damaged pipe. That cable is connected to a hydraulic puller. The other end of the cable is connected to a splitter cone that will split the old pipe as it is being pulled through the old pipe. Behind the cone is the new pipe that will be installed in place of the old pipe.
步骤3: As the hydraulic ram pulls the cable through, the cone splits and breaks the existing pipe and pushes it out of the egress hole, leaving the new pipe in its place.
步骤4: After the new pipe is installed the two access holes are closed leaving your yard and landscaping intact.
